The Polish edition of Zdeněk Jirotka's humorous novel, whose main hero is the legendary and loyal servant Saturnin, who fights aunt Kateřina and her son Milouš. Saturnin – a famous Czech humorous novel – was first published in 1942 and since then has enjoyed more than 15 Czech editions. The translation is accompanied by original colour illustrations by the Czech painter Adolf Born. The current translation into Polish is published in close cooperation with the Wrocław publishing house Afera (translated and afterword by L. Engelking).
