In this book, the author tries to describe the reality of national and European institutions as seen under the perspective of the Portuguese language. The main objective is to offer students a perception of such realities in order for them to extract concepts and establish lexical relations between words, sentences and their meanings. With such contents, this book should be understood as an introduction to institutional Portuguese language, serving purposes of translation and interpretation.
